Pueblo is Colorado's original industrial city — known as the Steel City for the Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel mill, one of the largest steel manufacturing operations in the United States and one of Pueblo's defining employers. About 45 miles south of our Colorado Springs shop, Pueblo has deep roots in manufacturing, a growing university presence, and a rich Hispanic cultural heritage. CSU-Pueblo Thunderwolves athletics, Pueblo Community College, and the historic Arkansas Riverwalk all create consistent demand for custom screen printing and embroidery.
Two school districts serve the area — Pueblo City Schools (D60) and Pueblo County Schools (D70) — with competitive programs at East High School Warriors, Centennial High School Bulldogs, and Pueblo County High School Hornets. The Colorado State Fair, held in Pueblo every August and the largest annual event in Colorado, generates significant demand for custom event merchandise, staff apparel, and vendor gear. We're well within shipping range from Colorado Springs with reliable turnaround for Pueblo customers.
Custom apparel for Thunderwolves athletics, Colorado State Fair vendors, and Pueblo's major annual events.
Spirit wear and team uniforms for Pueblo's D60 and D70 high school programs.
Custom workwear and branded gear for Pueblo's manufacturing, healthcare, and industrial employers.
Screen printing needs a screen made for each ink colour, so it starts at 24 shirts — that's where it pays off. Under 24, we print with DTF: no screens, no setup, full colour, even for a single shirt. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the right method — you don't need to know which one you want.
From your quote to your door in Pueblo — and you see the proof first.
Pick the garment, the quantity and where it's printed — the form shows your price as you go. About two minutes, or call or text and talk it through.
We're in touch within ten minutes (7:30am–7pm Mountain Time, every day) with a free mockup of your design on the garment — no obligation. Rough artwork? We'll clean it up free.
Tweak the mockup until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve it and pay the invoice.
Approve the proof and pay the invoice, and we start your order the same day — garments ordered, films printed, screens burned. Most screen-print orders are ready in 5–10 business days. Local pickup available, or we ship anywhere in the US.

I had gone online to request a quote for a couple shirts and left it as that, Alex called me to follow up on the quote and to me the call itself showed such great customer service and we talked about what I wanted, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my shirts and so glad I did! I highly recommend for anyone looking for custom shirts :)
