Limon is a small ranching and agricultural town of about 2,000 residents in Lincoln County — positioned at the crossroads of I-70 and US-24 on Colorado's eastern plains, making it a regional hub for the surrounding farming and ranching communities. About 90 miles east of Colorado Springs, the town's economy centers on agriculture, transportation, and the services that support a rural county seat. Custom apparel here tends toward practical uses: team uniforms, 4-H gear, agricultural event shirts, and employer workwear.
Limon School District RE-4J serves the area with Limon High School, where the Badgers compete in small-school athletics and community identity runs strong. The town's position as a Lincoln County hub means it draws from surrounding ranching communities for school sports, community events, and agricultural programs. For small-volume needs, DTF printing with no minimum makes ordering from ARK accessible regardless of quantity.
Custom apparel for Limon's ranching community, agricultural businesses, and county events.

We ship from Colorado Springs to Limon and the surrounding Lincoln County area with no order minimums.
Screen printing needs a screen made for each ink colour, so it starts at 24 shirts — that's where it pays off. Under 24, we print with DTF: no screens, no setup, full colour, even for a single shirt. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the right method — you don't need to know which one you want.
From your quote to your door in Limon — and you see the proof first.
Pick the garment, the quantity and where it's printed — the form shows your price as you go. About two minutes, or call or text and talk it through.
We're in touch within ten minutes (7:30am–7pm Mountain Time, every day) with a free mockup of your design on the garment — no obligation. Rough artwork? We'll clean it up free.
Tweak the mockup until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve it and pay the invoice.
Approve the proof and pay the invoice, and we start your order the same day — garments ordered, films printed, screens burned. Most screen-print orders are ready in 5–10 business days. Local pickup available, or we ship anywhere in the US.

I had gone online to request a quote for a couple shirts and left it as that, Alex called me to follow up on the quote and to me the call itself showed such great customer service and we talked about what I wanted, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my shirts and so glad I did! I highly recommend for anyone looking for custom shirts :)
