Green Mountain Falls is one of Colorado's smallest incorporated towns — about 685 residents in a narrow valley at 7,800 feet, tucked below Highway 24 in the Ute Pass corridor west of Colorado Springs. The town centers around Gazebo Lake, and its character blends historic mountain resort, working artists, outdoor recreationists, and full-time residents who chose simplicity over sprawl. Community events, outdoor recreation organizers, and the small businesses here generate demand for custom apparel — especially small-run DTF printing for individual pieces and small gatherings.
Green Mountain Falls is part of Manitou Springs School District 14 along with Cascade, Chipita Park, and surrounding Ute Pass communities. For small-volume orders — a single custom piece or a run of ten — DTF printing with no minimum is the right fit for Green Mountain Falls' scale, and we handle every order with the same attention as a large run. We're just over the hill in Colorado Springs.
Custom screen printing and DTF for Green Mountain Falls' community events, small businesses, and artists.
Spirit wear and apparel for the Ute Pass school community.
DTF printing from one piece — ideal for the scale of a small mountain village order.
Screen printing needs a screen made for each ink colour, so it starts at 24 shirts — that's where it pays off. Under 24, we print with DTF: no screens, no setup, full colour, even for a single shirt. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the right method — you don't need to know which one you want.
From your quote to your door in Green Mountain Falls — and you see the proof first.
Pick the garment, the quantity and where it's printed — the form shows your price as you go. About two minutes, or call or text and talk it through.
We're in touch within ten minutes (7:30am–7pm Mountain Time, every day) with a free mockup of your design on the garment — no obligation. Rough artwork? We'll clean it up free.
Tweak the mockup until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve it and pay the invoice.
Approve the proof and pay the invoice, and we start your order the same day — garments ordered, films printed, screens burned. Most screen-print orders are ready in 5–10 business days. Local pickup available, or we ship anywhere in the US.

I had gone online to request a quote for a couple shirts and left it as that, Alex called me to follow up on the quote and to me the call itself showed such great customer service and we talked about what I wanted, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my shirts and so glad I did! I highly recommend for anyone looking for custom shirts :)
