Highlands Ranch is the largest unincorporated community in Colorado — over 101,000 residents across 22,000 acres of master-planned neighborhoods, trails, and recreation facilities managed by the HRCA. Four recreation centers, 70+ miles of trails, and a dense calendar of youth sports leagues, clubs, and community events create constant demand for event t-shirts, club jerseys, team uniforms, and branded athletic gear. This is a community that runs hard and expects quality.
The Douglas County School District serves Highlands Ranch with standout high schools: Mountain Vista Golden Eagles, ThunderRidge Grizzlies, Rock Canyon Jaguars, and the STEM School Highlands Ranch — all of which run active athletic and extracurricular programs. Major local employers include UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital, Children's Hospital Colorado's Highlands Ranch facility, and VISA USA, while Lockheed Martin and other Denver-area aerospace companies draw many residents from the community.

Highlands Ranch families set a high bar — ARK backs every order with a full quality guarantee.
Screen printing needs a screen made for each ink colour, so it starts at 24 shirts — that's where it pays off. Under 24, we print with DTF: no screens, no setup, full colour, even for a single shirt. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the right method — you don't need to know which one you want.
From your quote to your door in Highlands Ranch — and you see the proof first.
Pick the garment, the quantity and where it's printed — the form shows your price as you go. About two minutes, or call or text and talk it through.
We're in touch within ten minutes (7:30am–7pm Mountain Time, every day) with a free mockup of your design on the garment — no obligation. Rough artwork? We'll clean it up free.
Tweak the mockup until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve it and pay the invoice.
Approve the proof and pay the invoice, and we start your order the same day — garments ordered, films printed, screens burned. Most screen-print orders are ready in 5–10 business days. Local pickup available, or we ship anywhere in the US.

I had gone online to request a quote for a couple shirts and left it as that, Alex called me to follow up on the quote and to me the call itself showed such great customer service and we talked about what I wanted, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my shirts and so glad I did! I highly recommend for anyone looking for custom shirts :)
