Castle Pines is one of Colorado's most affluent communities — a Douglas County enclave of about 13,000 residents known for the Castle Pines Golf Club, executive housing, and a professional demographic that holds high standards for everything they commission. Corporate branded apparel, custom embroidery, and premium event merchandise, and upscale community event gear reflect the level of quality expected here. ARK delivers that quality from our Colorado Springs shop, about 55 miles south on I-25.
Castle Pines falls within the Douglas County School District, primarily served by Rock Canyon High School Jaguars — one of the highest-ranked public high schools in Colorado. Athletic booster programs, youth lacrosse and soccer leagues, and community events generate consistent demand for quality custom apparel. We treat every order with the same care and craftsmanship that Castle Pines residents expect from the businesses they choose to work with.
Premium branded apparel for the Castle Pines Golf Club, tournaments, and exclusive community gatherings.
Spirit wear and team uniforms for Douglas County School District's top-ranked high school.
Every order backed by ARK's full quality guarantee — because Castle Pines standards are our standards.
Screen printing needs a screen made for each ink colour, so it starts at 24 shirts — that's where it pays off. Under 24, we print with DTF: no screens, no setup, full colour, even for a single shirt. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the right method — you don't need to know which one you want.
From your quote to your door in Castle Pines — and you see the proof first.
Pick the garment, the quantity and where it's printed — the form shows your price as you go. About two minutes, or call or text and talk it through.
We're in touch within ten minutes (7:30am–7pm Mountain Time, every day) with a free mockup of your design on the garment — no obligation. Rough artwork? We'll clean it up free.
Tweak the mockup until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve it and pay the invoice.
Approve the proof and pay the invoice, and we start your order the same day — garments ordered, films printed, screens burned. Most screen-print orders are ready in 5–10 business days. Local pickup available, or we ship anywhere in the US.

I had gone online to request a quote for a couple shirts and left it as that, Alex called me to follow up on the quote and to me the call itself showed such great customer service and we talked about what I wanted, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my shirts and so glad I did! I highly recommend for anyone looking for custom shirts :)
