Castle Rock has grown from a historic railroad town into one of Colorado's fastest-growing communities — now over 80,000 residents, the Douglas County seat, and an expanding mix of healthcare, retail, and professional employers. The town holds onto its historic downtown identity even as new neighborhoods spread across its mesa terrain. Custom apparel is in demand everywhere: at corporate offices along I-25, in parks and recreation programs, and at the community events that pack Festival Park and Philip S. Miller Regional Park each year.
The Douglas County School District serves Castle Rock with standout schools. Castle View High School and Rock Canyon High School — ranked among the best public high schools in Colorado — are the area's main athletic programs, and spirit wear, team uniforms, and senior class gear are a consistent part of how this community rallies. Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, the Douglas County government complex, and a growing retail corridor add to the mix of employers needing branded workwear and event apparel.
Custom apparel for Castle Rock's businesses, government offices, healthcare workers, and community events.
Spirit wear and athletic gear for two of the best school programs in Douglas County.

Screen printing needs a screen made for each ink colour, so it starts at 24 shirts — that's where it pays off. Under 24, we print with DTF: no screens, no setup, full colour, even for a single shirt. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the right method — you don't need to know which one you want.
From your quote to your door in Castle Rock — and you see the proof first.
Pick the garment, the quantity and where it's printed — the form shows your price as you go. About two minutes, or call or text and talk it through.
We're in touch within ten minutes (7:30am–7pm Mountain Time, every day) with a free mockup of your design on the garment — no obligation. Rough artwork? We'll clean it up free.
Tweak the mockup until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve it and pay the invoice.
Approve the proof and pay the invoice, and we start your order the same day — garments ordered, films printed, screens burned. Most screen-print orders are ready in 5–10 business days. Local pickup available, or we ship anywhere in the US.

I had gone online to request a quote for a couple shirts and left it as that, Alex called me to follow up on the quote and to me the call itself showed such great customer service and we talked about what I wanted, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my shirts and so glad I did! I highly recommend for anyone looking for custom shirts :)
