Calhan is a small agricultural town on Colorado's eastern plains — about 1,500 residents in El Paso County's open northeast, where ranching, dryland farming, and wide-sky views define the landscape. It's the kind of community where rodeo tees, volunteer fire department apparel, and school spirit wear matter as much as any corporate order. DTF printing with no minimum order is a natural fit here — one-off custom pieces for small community events or individual requests are handled without fuss.
Calhan School District RJ-1 is the heart of the community — a small district where the high school's athletic teams and extracurricular programs are central to community life. Calhan High School Eagles bring the town together for sports seasons, and custom spirit wear is a meaningful part of that tradition. We're about 35 miles west in Colorado Springs and offer online ordering and direct shipping to Calhan.
Custom apparel for Calhan's ranching families, agricultural businesses, and small-town events.
Spirit wear and team gear for Calhan High School's athletic programs and school community.
DTF from just one piece — perfect for small rural orders without a large-order commitment.
Screen printing needs a screen made for each ink colour, so it starts at 24 shirts — that's where it pays off. Under 24, we print with DTF: no screens, no setup, full colour, even for a single shirt. Tell us your quantity and we'll recommend the right method — you don't need to know which one you want.
From your quote to your door in Calhan — and you see the proof first.
Pick the garment, the quantity and where it's printed — the form shows your price as you go. About two minutes, or call or text and talk it through.
We're in touch within ten minutes (7:30am–7pm Mountain Time, every day) with a free mockup of your design on the garment — no obligation. Rough artwork? We'll clean it up free.
Tweak the mockup until it's right. Nothing is printed until you approve it and pay the invoice.
Approve the proof and pay the invoice, and we start your order the same day — garments ordered, films printed, screens burned. Most screen-print orders are ready in 5–10 business days. Local pickup available, or we ship anywhere in the US.

I had gone online to request a quote for a couple shirts and left it as that, Alex called me to follow up on the quote and to me the call itself showed such great customer service and we talked about what I wanted, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my shirts and so glad I did! I highly recommend for anyone looking for custom shirts :)
