Shipping & returns — ARK Screen Printing

For ready-to-ship designs from the ARK shop. Custom design work is quoted separately and has its own terms — see custom order terms.

Shipping

Shop designs are printed in-house in Colorado Springs and are in stock. Orders placed on a business day ship in 24–48 hours, then travel by standard post — typically 2–5 more days in the continental US.

Shipping is $7.99 flat, and free on orders over $75.

Custom design work is made to order and runs about two weeks. If you order both in one go, they arrive in two shipments.

Free size exchange

If it doesn't fit, we'll swap it — free, for 60 days. Email or text us, we send a prepaid label, and your new size goes out as soon as the first one is scanned in. The garment needs to be unworn and unwashed, with the tag on.

We would rather send a second shirt than have you keep one that doesn't fit. Before you order, the measurement table on every product page lists the real chest and body length for each size — those are the actual garment measurements, not a generic chart.

Changed your mind

Send it back unworn within 60 days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is yours on a change of mind — that is the one thing we do not cover, and it is why the free label above is scoped to size exchanges.

If we got it wrong

Misprinted, faulty, or damaged in transit: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace it at our cost, or refund it in full — your choice. No return needed in most cases; a photo is usually enough. This is our mistake and you should not be out of pocket or out of time for it.
