Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use our design tool or buy from the shop, and how we use it.

How much we collect depends on what you buy. A shop design is an ordinary retail purchase — we need your delivery and contact details and nothing else. Custom work additionally involves artwork you send us, which we have to store in order to print it.

What we collect

For any order: your name, email, optional phone number, and shipping address.

Custom work only: if you upload artwork or build a design with our text and clipart tools, we store that artwork and a rendered mockup so we can produce your order. Buying a shop design involves no artwork upload and no design file of yours.

How we use it

To produce and ship your order, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of past orders. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Payment information

We do not store payment card details on our own servers. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a processor that specialises in handling that information securely.

Service providers

We share information with a small number of providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (secure storage of uploaded artwork and order files), and Resend (order and account email). Each has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes for us.

Marketing communications

If you begin checkout but do not finish, Stripe may pass us the email address you entered so we can follow up about the unfinished order. That is transactional follow-up only — it does not add you to a marketing list, and we never send promotional email without your explicit opt-in. You can opt in or out any time from Account Settings. We never sell or share this information.

Cookies and analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic such as which pages are visited. It does not build advertising profiles or sell data. If you create an account or place an order we use a session cookie to keep you signed in; we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you create one, we associate your orders with it so you can see your history and reorder past designs.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. We honour deletion requests except where we must retain order records for legitimate business purposes such as tax, warranty or fraud prevention.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for production, warranty and reorder purposes. For custom work that includes the artwork you supplied; a shop purchase carries no artwork of yours to retain.

Children's privacy

Our site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
